Meet Judy, a Health and Emotional Wellness Coach with over 30 years of experience in empowering children and women to be the best versions of themselves. Although she has spent most of her life as a teacher, her current passion is to guide women towards a vibrant and thriving life through mindful habits, healthy eating, and meaningful movement.

Judy knows firsthand the struggles of feeling exhausted, battling emotional eating, and having an endless to-do list. But through her own journey, she has discovered the power of making reasonable forward progress, simplifying healthy eating, and implementing an evening routine for refreshing sleep.

In addition to her coaching on healthy habits, Judy is also dedicated to helping women overcome negative thoughts and self-sabotaging behavior that can often prevent them from achieving their goals.
