Hi, I’m Judy

As a Health and Emotional Wellness Coach, my passion is to guide women towards a vibrant and thriving life through Christ-Centered mindful habits, healthy eating, meaningful movement, and healthy stress management.

I know firsthand the struggles of feeling exhausted, battling emotional eating, and dealing with the effects of unhealthy stress management. But through my own journey, I have discovered the power of small steps creating big success, simplifying healthy nutrition, implementing an evening routine for refreshing sleep, and most importantly the power of Christ-centered positive thoughts.

I am passionately dedicated to helping women overcome negative thought patterns and self-sabotaging behaviors that prevent them from achieving their goals. I believe that the key to breaking free from these patterns is through developing a deeper understanding of our marvelous mind and exercising our power of choice in our daily thoughts.
