Mrs. Judy Gudmestad  CHC

Meet Judy, a Health and Emotional Wellness Coach with over 30 years of experience in empowering children and women to be the best versions of themselves. Although she has spent most of her life as a teacher, her current passion is to guide women towards a vibrant and thriving life through mindful habits, healthy eating, and meaningful movement.

Judy knows firsthand the struggles of feeling exhausted, battling emotional eating, and experiencing the overwhelm trying to ‘do it all’. But through her own journey, she has discovered the power of making reasonable forward progress, simplifying healthy eating, and implementing an evening routine for refreshing sleep.

In addition to her coaching on healthy habits, Judy is also dedicated to helping women overcome negative thoughts and self-sabotaging behavior that can often prevent them from achieving their goals. She believes that the key to breaking free from these patterns is through developing a deeper understanding of oneself and one’s thought processes.


Judy guides her clients towards recognizing and challenging their negative thoughts and beliefs, and helps them to develop positive self-talk and affirmations. She also helps women to identify and work through any self-sabotaging behaviors that may be hindering their progress.

Through her compassionate and supportive coaching, Judy empowers women to break free from these limiting beliefs and behaviors, and to cultivate a positive and fulfilling life. With her guidance, you can learn to overcome these blocks and reach your full potential.

Dr. Heather Carlyle

I am Dr. Heather Carlyle. I live on 25 acres with my husband (who is also my high school sweetheart) along with our 3 kids and lots of animals. We are a homeschool family and we love spending time outside and visiting new places. I am a doctor of physical therapy who specializes in chronic pain, inflammation, and neuropathy. I am also certified in Clinical Aromatherapy and Functional Nutrition for Pain. I am passionate about helping women live their best life with less inflammation and pain by making simple and sustainable nutrition and lifestyle shifts. 

Charlie Chapman

I am Charlie Chapman I’ve been married to my best friend for 7 years and we have a wild, happy, and loving two year old boy, two fur babies, cows and chickens. We live on a farm in Northeast Georgia. We enjoy spending time with family and friends, especially if it is outside.

I am an occupational therapist and have spent the majority of my career working in the inpatient rehabilitation setting where I have specialized in stroke, SCI, and TBI.

Over the past 8 years I have developed a passion for green and low toxic living. I have reduced the toxic load for myself and my family which has provided us with more peace and happiness. I founded Green, Low Toxic Lifestyle so I could share my love for educating and empowering other women to do the same!

Lori Oliver

I am Lori Oliver and I live in Tennessee with my husband of 30 years, our two cats, six fish, and approximately 100,000 honeybees. I enjoy spending time outdoors hiking, camping & walking on the beach.

With my degrees in Health Science, Physical Education and Nutrition, my passion lies in helping others achieve their best energetic selves by guiding them towards a healthy lifestyle.

With my background as an Exercise Specialist, Certified Personal Trainer trainer, Health Educator, and Employee Wellness Director, I am extremely motivated to help people achieve optimum health and energy through a healthy, natural lifestyle.

Additionally, I have started incorporating my love for aromatherapy and products from the beehive into my health coaching sessions. I believe that many people settle for mediocre health, when they deserve to make the most out of life, and it is my honor to help you realize your potential so that you can achieve everything you desire and more!
